ReeLife Plaster Cutter

ReeLife Plaster Cutter products are carefully designed, quality checked, and sealed before dispatch. To maintain product quality, safety, and fairness for all customers, we follow a limited and transparent return & refund policy.

Returns & Refunds — General Policy

At present, ReeLife Plaster Cutter does not offer open returns or refunds.

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Product expectations or comfort feedback
  • “Didn’t like the product”
  • Incorrect selection by the customer

This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new and uncompromised product.

Refunds Are Provided Only in the Following Cases

1. Wrong Product Delivered

  • Issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video or clear photos required for verification
  • Once verified, replacement or refund will be provided

2. Prepaid Order Returned as Undelivered (RTO)

  • Refund initiated once parcel reaches our warehouse
  • Refund processed to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 3–4 working days after confirmation

COD orders returned as RTO are not eligible for refunds as payment was not collected.

Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Product found functional after inspection
  • Subjective concerns such as comfort or expectations
  • Products under warranty service
  • Clearance sale or promotional items
  • Orders successfully delivered

Warranty vs Refund

  • Refunds are not issued under warranty
  • Warranty issues are resolved through repair or replacement

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Prepaid orders → original payment method
  • COD orders (wrong product only) → UPI / bank transfer
  • Timeline: 3–4 working days after approval
